Central Coast Motorcycle Training
Overview
Central Coast Motorcycle Training (CCMT) is seeking part-time instructors who are passionate about motorcycling and want to help others learn to ride safely. While prior teaching experience is a plus, it is not required.
Sharing the joy of riding is incredibly rewarding. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to select the class sessions and locations that best fit your calendar.
To become a California Motorcyclist Safety Program (CMSP) certified instructor, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Class M1 motorcycle endorsement.
- Currently own and ride a motorcycle on a regular basis.
- Maintain a clean criminal and driving record. You must have no history of violence, traffic violations, or license suspensions in the past five years, and no license revocations or alcohol-related driving convictions in the past seven years.
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
- Have a genuine commitment to improving rider safety and reducing motorcycle crashes, injuries, and fatalities.
