At Aim Driving School, our friendly and professional team is dedicated to giving you an excellent experience from start to finish. We think a driving school should fit around your life—so you can always count on kind, respectful treatment. **What we offer:** - Bilingual driving instruction - Free pickup and drop-off for your driving test - Weekday, weekend, and accelerated course options - Fully qualified, experienced instructors **Cancellation policy** Please understand that we have a no-refund policy. **Rescheduling or cancelling appointments** We need at least 24 hours’ notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. This 24-hour requirement is enforced without exception. The no-show fee applies in all situations, including: - Family or other emergencies - Not having your permit with you (students are responsible for bringing their own permit; your instructor cannot take you to get it or wait for you to do so) - An expired permit - Forgetting to update your pickup address - Misunderstanding the schedule dates provided by our receptionist When you book, our receptionist reads the schedule dates directly from our system and repeats them clearly. Please double-check those dates—they are your official appointment times. **Weekend appointments** All weekend lessons are confirmed by our staff on Friday. If you need to change or cancel a weekend lesson, please let us know by 5:00 pm on Friday. **Behind-the-wheel certificate** Your 6‑hour behind‑the‑wheel certificate will be held until any outstanding balance is paid. If a $50 no-show fee is applied, it is added to the original price of the 6‑hour package, and your certificate will be released once the full amount is settled. It is each student’s responsibility to make sure their parents or guardians are aware of this cancellation policy.
