Overview
Our curriculum follows standards established by the National Institute for Driver Behavior, a nationally recognized leader in traffic safety education, and the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). While some lessons will build on what you already know, others will introduce fresh, proven techniques. Our goal is to help drivers develop safe, low-risk habits that last a lifetime. Together, we will prepare students to become confident, responsible drivers, passengers, and pedestrians.
Special Needs: We gladly support students with learning disabilities or other unique needs. To ensure every student succeeds, we encourage parents to contact our certified instructors early in the program. We will discuss any specific situations and work together to create the most effective learning plan.
Above all, we are committed to educating and supporting drivers at every skill level in a safe, low-pressure environment.

Behind The Wheel
A. Defensive Driving and Lessons for Teens and Adults Given our 30 years of driver and motorcycle education experience, teenagers are well cared for at our school. The safety of our students behind the wheel is always our #1 priority. Whether you are the parent of a teenager or a teenager, you can feel confident with our driving school, which is fully licensed as required by Arizona State law. Our Certified Trainers provide coaching to hundreds of students each year, and over 98% of our students pass their road test on the first try. We value creating an informative, safe, courteous, patient, clean, and communicative environment that fosters the maximum amount of learning each session. B. Special Circumstances Drivers are occasionally required to take additional classroom and/or behind-the-wheel driving instruction. This is a case-by-case basis and is learning may take a bit longer. C. Insurance Benefits Most insurance providers will offer you a discount if you complete driver training. As a fully licensed driving school, we can help you meet these requirements and provide valid documentation to the insurance company with a Letter of Completion from the school that shows hours of behind-the-wheel, and the student once passed the road test is entered into the MVD Portal as passed. D. Behind the Wheel (BTW) Payment options are available We offer several different packages of Behind the Wheel (BTW). 6 hours – For students who have had driving experience getting ready for the MVD road test. 10 hours – For beginners who want extra practice time. MVD waives road test. 14 hours – For students who may require more time to develop skills in driving. MVD waives road test. 30 hours – For Foreign Exchange students or for anyone who may want all the training provided by a trainer. MVD waives road test.
